Order-to-roast fresh coffee beans are going to give you the longest period of time to enjoy the coffee and taste its original. As the coffee taste and aroma will start losing and some will even disappear after 2 weeks’ time. We recommend you to start enjoying your freshly roasted coffee once you received it. The resting time for specialty coffee: Light to Medium roasting coffee in 8 – 24 hours after roasting; Dark roasting level coffee in 72 hours.
