Our choice of this Haitian Blue coffee bean is not only go for its premium coffee quality, it is also because it is produced under a direct trade coffee project by Cafe Kreyol. This project aims at helping Haitian coffee farmer to improve their living as well as coffee quality. Under this direct trade arrangement, farmer can get 300% higher wages comparing with Fair Trade standard.
