Tea tone coffee with flavors of walnut, sugarcane, mandarin

Xishuangbanna, Sibsongpanna or Sipsong Panna, shortened to Banna, is an autonomous prefecture for Dai people in the extreme south of Yunnan Province, China, bordering both Myanmar and Laos. This region of China is noted for the distinct culture of its ethnic groups, one that is very different from that of the Han Chinese. The people, architecture, language and culture more closely resemble those of the Shan, Dai and Tai peoples, which includes the Thai and Lao.
Xishuangbanna is located at about 21 ° 10N latitude, south of the Tropic of Cancer. It is within the “coffee zone” and is suitable for the planting and production of arabica coffee. Xishuangbanna is one of the main production areas of Arabica coffee in China.
This lot of coffee is not highly traceable, only known to be growing by various small plot farmers in the region with same sources of seedlings. Processing is done centrally by a local washing factory.
