Lets assume these 150 women support a minimum of three families under them, we find a total of 450 members of a family directly benefited from this Coffee.
Most exported grade coffee from Ethiopia is washed. But in recent years, some washing station start going back to Natural sun dried. The reason of calling it “going back” is based on the fact that nearly all locally consumer coffee by Ethiopians are natural, Washed coffee appears only because of export. This lot is a dedicated and modern way of natural process, which add a complex layer of fruitless to the coffee.
