This is the 4th year we feature this high quality private sourced Ethiopian coffee that proudly sourced by Pebble Coffee since 2018. When we first taste this coffee in Taiwan, immediately understand why they create this name – peach all over the mouth. This flavor is so outstanding, pathing a solid choice of Ethiopian coffee other than more commonly found Yirgacheffe and Guji.
Twakok is a word created by Pebble team, originated from local Ethiopian language Tafac Kok, which means sweet peach. This name really represent the taste profile for this coffee.
