The nurseries in Fazenda Primavera

Fazenda Primavera is famous for natural processing, in particular pulped natural (Brazil COE #1 spot in 2017). This lot is a high scoring natural processed Red Caturi which the farm took great care to produce.

Very clean cup, a sweet floral balancing with chocolaty edge. A sweet edge to this coffee no matter the roast level. Medium roast is the most balanced, great mix of soft fruit and caramel/chocolaty undertones. Dark roasts was smooth and a bit fuller bodied, nutty/caramel/chocolate with molasses sweetness.
