We are excited to bring you Peru Cajamarca Finca La Lucuma Geisha Honey — a standout lot from one of Peru’s most respected high-altitude farms. Located in the San Ignacio province of Cajamarca, Finca La Lucuma sits between 1,850 – 1,900 meters above sea level. The farm benefits from rich Andean soils, cool nights, and misty mornings that allow Geisha to express its signature floral complexity.
This particular lot uses Honey processing, which leaves part of the mucilage on the bean during drying. The result is enhanced natural sweetness, fuller body, and beautiful fruit-forward notes while retaining the classic Geisha elegance and clarity.
Finca La Lucuma has consistently produced competition-level coffees (multiple high scores in Cup of Excellence), and this honey-processed Geisha continues that tradition of excellence. It’s a perfect example of how Peruvian terroir brings a unique, vibrant expression to this legendary variety.

Cupping Notes: Delicate jasmine and bergamot florals open the cup, followed by juicy peach, honeydew melon, and candied citrus.
