This Bella Carmona comes from one of Guatemala’s most beautiful valleys, Antigua. This particular region has rich, volcanic soil and the weather conditions produce some of the world’s best coffee. It is a blend of Bourbon cherries that are processed at Beneficio Bella Vista Mill, owned by the Zelaya family. The Zelaya family has been producing coffee for decades! The cherries come from the Zelaya farms and other family coffee farms in the area. The Zelayas focus on improving soil health and overall quality, with disease prevention methods on the farm. They also work with many small farms around the area to achieve better environmental practices.
BELLA CARMONA is a trademark, who has received several awards throughout history. One of the earliest was earning first prize at the National Exposition of Guatemala in 1935.
