Highlight of the month is Costa Rica honey process. This is a signature processing method developed by Costa Rica micro mills, with high precision and by large variations, details and innovative. You can see there are different color during the processing by different honey level. The lighter like white or yellow taste more fruity, while those darker like red or black taste sweet and chocolaty. Three different honey processed coffee are selected this month to compare – Yellow, Red and Black honey.
